Yoga With You

If you’ve ever believed yoga was a sport to increase flexibility, or have felt left behind in a fast paced class that only focused on extreme cardio, allow me to reshape that narrative. The essence of yoga is to cultivate a union between mind, body and spirit, connecting to your essence by fostering self-awareness, compassion and inner-peace. In this class, it’s not about what you can’t do, but instead it’s about tuning in to your deeper self, listening to your body, and connecting to a sense of oneness with yourself, the world and nature. This class is perfect for beginners and adults of all ages. We’ll be focusing on slow deep stretches, allowing you to release stored tension and reconnect with your body, mind and spirit. Moving with intention, breath work and relaxing meditation, allow me to join you in this space as we breathe and reconnect together. 

Bring a pillow, yoga mat, blocks if available to you, and blanket!

$10 per person per session
